Warm up: You use your whole body to dance Reggaeton –and this warm up gets all of you moving, in cluding isolation of different parts.
Teaching: Reggaeton moves broken down, clearly explained and demonstrated.

Damarys Farres is Director of The Cuban School of Arts and British Salsa champion, she trained in the National Classical Ballet School and The National Conjunto Folklorico, both in Havana, Cuba.
Ramón Diaz Crosdale trained at the prestigious Tropicana academy in Havana, Cuba, studying Salsa and Latin dance style techniques. Cuban by birth, he trained in classical ballet and has performed with the Royal Ballet in “Sleeping Beauty”. He previously worked with Pro-danza and as part of the Company ‘Danza Islas Guadalupe’ .
