Have fun learning this sensual, sexy dance with wel-known professional Cuban dance teacher Damarys Farres and professional dancer, Ramon Diaz Crosdale - from the Cuban School of Arts, London.

It will improve your salsa dancing skills as well, since being relaxed and using all of your body is one of the things that distinguishes great dancers from the crowd.

The DVD  has three  main sections:

Warm up:  You use your whole body to dance Reggaeton –and this warm up gets all of you moving,    in cluding isolation of different parts.  

Teaching: Reggaeton moves broken down, clearly explained and demonstrated.

Demonstration: Damarys and Ramón really go for it to Alex Wilson’s ‘Súbelo’ track.

Damarys Farres is Director of The Cuban School of Arts and British Salsa champion, she trained  in the National Classical Ballet School and The National Conjunto Folklorico, both in Havana, Cuba.

Ramón Diaz Crosdale trained at the prestigious Tropicana academy in Havana, Cuba, studying Salsa and Latin dance style techniques. Cuban by birth, he trained in classical ballet and has performed with the Royal Ballet in “Sleeping Beauty”. He previously worked with Pro-danza and  as part of the Company ‘Danza Islas Guadalupe’ .
