This dvd combines traditional Ballroom and Latin sequences with a more modern and contemporary style by taking Salsa moves and transposing them from salsa rhythm to Cha Cha Cha rhythm. Each move is then broken down individually, accompanied with music with on-screen timing and then shown in slow motion for total clarity.
