“Follow the Beat” was created by Henry Herrera, Director of Salsa Racing Dance Studios, and assisted by Israel Kantor, Director of "Havana Son Group", as a tool to help the Salsa Dancer understand and follow the rhythm of the music.

With the voice over, that counts the beat of Salsa, you will be able to concentrate more on the steps, and you will have a guide leading you throughout the song. Once you understand and follow the counts in the music, your dancing skills will go from "Standard to Standout" in a short period of time. Henry invites you to experience and enjoy the flavor of Salsa Music!
