This DVD is split into two types of Shines with easy scene selections - Shines for the Ladies and Shines for Guys. Ladies shines include Sabrosura, Casanova, Descarga Total and Guaranchera. Guys shines include Tumba Antonio and several more. All shine combinations are fairly long and are also demonstrated thru in slow frame motion, which is really useful. Voice over in Spanish and English. Salsa Casino bonus footage at the beginning of the tape unfortunately is let down by poor recording quality. But the actual Shine instructional footage and bonus group shine demos at the end are good recording quality.

Good for both men and women wanting to learn some new shines/footworks when dancing in separation and showing off your moves ! I particularly liked the ladies shines with the nice feminine styling and it is also refreshing to see some Shines that work just for men - plenty of new moves/styling tips in there for you guys !
